About

Tristan Crowder, a proud native Texan, is a dedicated trial lawyer committed to achieving the best results for people in need of help. Raised on core values such as grit, resilience, and integrity, Tristan knew from a young age that his life’s goal was to make a difference in people’s lives. Early on, he found inspiration in the teachings of great trial lawyers who emphasized the necessary skills for representing individuals, including the Latin phrase: “Amat Victoria Curam,” meaning “Victory Loves Preparation.” Since then, Tristan has embraced these words in practice, recognizing that thorough preparation can overcome any adversary – a key value he brings to every case.

Joining Webster Vicknair MacLeod, Tristan brings invaluable experience from the defense side of litigation. He began his legal career at a prominent defense firm in Houston, where he achieved several successful results, including winning his first jury trial just five months into his legal practice. With a deep understanding of complex legal challenges, Tristan now dedicates his practice to helping individuals and families who have suffered injuries at the hand of negligent corporations.

Tristan is committed to holding individuals and companies accountable for reckless and negligent conduct by bringing an aggressive, but calculated approach to each of his cases. His practice focuses on matters such as catastrophic personal injury cases, automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability cases, product liability cases, and wrongful death claims.

Tristan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School, where he underwent practical training in trial work through Baylor Law’s award-winning program, Practice Court. While in law school, Tristan actively sought opportunities to enhance his advocacy skills by serving on Baylor Law mock trial teams for both the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge and the National Civil Trial Competition (NCTC). Additionally, he was a proud member of the Order of the Barristers and the Trial Advocacy Clinic, which provided free legal services to local veterans.
